As a Customer Success Manager, you have a good sense of empathy, like to work precisely and goal-oriented, have a good intuition for the structuring and implementation of lean processes and know that only successful customers make Accounto successful.

These are your tasks and responsibilities

  • Onboarding of our new customers from Romandie on Accounto
  • Advising and supporting our customers in the reorganisation and redesign of their processes
  • Supporting clients in the development and implementation of their digitalisation strategy
  • Obtaining and evaluating customer feedback regarding the further development of the product
  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer communication
  • Identifying unmet customer needs and developing new solutions
  • Actively contribute to the conception and development of the product in close cooperation with the product development team

What we expect

  • Basic understanding of fiduciary and accounting issues
  • Sense of responsibility and a very quick apprehension
  • A strong customer focus demonstrated by your empathy, which is a reflection of how important our customers' needs are to us
  • Ability to communicate complex problems and issues in a simple and understandable way
  • Trustworthiness, passion and all-rounder qualities
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions such as HubSpot or Salesforce are of advantage
  • Fluent in French and good German and English skills
